Beginner: The First Steps in the World of Development

A developer's journey often starts at the beginner level, a phase where learning the basics of coding is paramount. At this stage, the understanding of programming logic is still superficial. The beginner developer is not autonomous and lacks practical experience. They must familiarize themselves with fundamental concepts applicable in all areas of development, such as the internal workings of a computer, debugging, deployment, and more. This stage is crucial as it lays the solid foundations necessary for progression in this field.

Junior: Beyond the Basics

A junior developer has acquired limited experience in a company setting, but may have rich experience in terms of personal projects. Although they master the basics, a junior still requires guidance to tackle topics involving complex logics. They need to refine their understanding of basic concepts, particularly regarding code cleanliness, debugging, and application testing. This period is marked by continuous learning and practical application of acquired skills.
